Located in the busy strip of N. Hampton Rd, the project is comprised of a clinic, management, medical office, medical office for lease, and a multipurpose space for 320 people.

The main focus of this project  was to maximize the buildable while giving back to the community by taking advantage of the limited pervious areas and detention pond with beautiful  landscaped green areas visible from the busy street. 

Placed on the beautiful country side of Decatur, Texas, the event center will host wedding receptions to a maximum of 600 people. 

The main focus of the project is the relationship to an existing luxurious residence in Tuscan style.  The addition of the new event center needs to keep up with the high-end level of detail of the existing residence, while bringing a contemporary flare that will honor some of the classic Tuscan elements and proportions.

Lake Bridgeport, just 45 minutes from DFW is the perfect spot for taking a weekend get away. 

The boutique hotel will host 60 guestrooms and 2 luxury penthouses along with restaurant, bar, and other amenities.

Additional components of the project include a marina, bungalows for rent, rehabilitation of the marina, reconstruction of the water edge restaurant, etc.

The 60's were the golden years for this property, and the good old times are coming back for it!
